These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Project Morningstar at projectmorningstar.net (the “Site”), including any products, paid subscriptions, and email list operated by Morningstar Enterprises Corporation (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing the Site, subscribing to our email list, or purchasing any products or subscriptions, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site, do not subscribe, and do not purchase.

2. Adult themes and content
The Morningstar universe and related works frequently contain adult themes, including violence, war, horror, and other disturbing material.
By using the Site, subscribing to our email list, or purchasing our products or subscriptions, you acknowledge and agree that:
You may be exposed to mature, graphic, or disturbing content.
You are responsible for who can see this content on your devices and accounts.
If this is not acceptable to you, you should not use the Site, subscribe, or purchase.
3. Use of the Site
You agree to:
Use the Site only for lawful purposes.
Not attempt to hack, disrupt, damage, or interfere with the Site, servers, or infrastructure.
Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, data, or systems.
Not use the Site to harass, threaten, or abuse others, or to distribute malware or spam.
We may modify, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, with or without notice.
4. Email subscriptions
By subscribing to our email list, you:
Confirm that the email address you provide is yours, or that you are authorized to use it.
Consent to receive emails related to the Morningstar universe and Morningstar Enterprises Corporation, including project updates and marketing for our own products and services.
You can unsubscribe at any time by:
Using the unsubscribe link (if present) in an email; or
Emailing admin@projectmorningstar.net
and asking to be removed.
We may remove or block subscribers at our discretion, including in cases of spam complaints, abuse, or suspected misuse.
5. Products, paid subscriptions, and payments
5.1. General
We may offer digital or physical products, and paid subscriptions, through the Site or linked platforms.
By placing an order or starting a paid subscription, you:
Represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
Authorize us and our payment processors to charge the payment method you provide for the price shown, plus any applicable taxes or fees.
5.2. Pricing and availability
Prices, available products, and features may change at any time without notice.
We may correct errors or inaccuracies in pricing or product information at any time.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including due to errors, suspected fraud, or abuse.
5.3. Payment processing
Payments are handled by third-party payment processors (such as Stripe, PayPal, or others we may use).
Your use of those processors is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
We do not store full payment card information (such as full card number and CVV) on our own systems.
5.4. Digital products and access
For digital products and online content:
Access is typically granted after successful payment.
You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your own non-commercial use, unless expressly stated otherwise.
You must not:
Share your account or access credentials publicly.
Resell, redistribute, or re-upload purchased content except as expressly permitted.
5.5. Subscriptions and renewals
For recurring paid subscriptions:
You authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the interval stated at the time of purchase (for example, monthly or yearly), until you cancel.
You can cancel future renewals through your account (if available) or by contacting admin@projectmorningstar.net
before the next billing date.
Cancellation stops future charges. It does not automatically entitle you to a refund of past payments unless required by law or explicitly stated.
5.6. Refunds
Unless a separate refund policy is published and applies to your purchase, refunds are:
Granted or refused at our sole discretion, except where consumer protection laws require a refund.

with your order details. We may ask for proof of purchase.
6. Intellectual property
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all of the following are protected intellectual property owned or licensed by Morningstar Enterprises Corporation:
The Morningstar universe and IP, including characters, lore, settings, storylines, names, and associated elements.
Text, artwork, designs, logos, graphics, and other content on the Site, in our emails, and in related products.
Any custom branding or marks associated with Morningstar Enterprises Corporation.
You are granted a limited license to:
Access and view content for personal, non-commercial use.
Download products you have purchased, subject to any license terms presented at purchase.
You are not permitted to:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display content beyond what is expressly allowed.
Create commercial derivative works using the Morningstar IP without a separate written license.
Use our logos or branding in any way that suggests endorsement or partnership without our written permission.
Train or fine-tune AI models on our paid or non-public content without a separate written agreement.

7. Third-party sites and services
The Site, emails, or products may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or services.
We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party content, policies, or practices.
Your use of third-party sites and services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and privacy policies.
Payment processors, hosting providers, and similar services are independent entities, and we are not responsible for their actions.
8. No warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site, our content, products, and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to:
Warranties of merchantability,
Fitness for a particular purpose,
Non-infringement,
Accuracy, completeness, or reliability.
We do not warrant that:
The Site or services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Defects will be corrected.
Content will always be accurate, current, or suitable for your particular use.
You use the Site, our content, and our products at your own risk.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Morningstar Enterprises Corporation, and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and contractors, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site, our content, products, or services.
If we are found liable despite this limitation, our total aggregate liability for all claims related to the Site, content, products, and services will not exceed:
The total amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; and if you have not paid anything, our total financial liability will be zero.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations or exclusions of liability. In such cases, this section applies only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Morningstar Enterprises Corporation, and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and contractors, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:
Your use or misuse of the Site, our content, products, or services.
Your violation of these Terms.
Your violation of any applicable law or any third-party right.
11. Governing law, language, and individual actions
These Terms are governed by:
The laws of the Province of British Columbia, and
The applicable laws of Canada,
without regard to conflict of law principles.
You agree that:
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or our products and services will be brought exclusively in the courts of British Columbia, Canada.
All proceedings will be conducted in the English language.
You will bring claims only in your individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative action.
12. Termination
We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice:
Restrict or terminate your access to the Site.
Cancel or suspend your account or subscription (with or without refund, depending on law and the circumstances).
Block your email or IP from using our services.
This may occur, for example, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, or created unacceptable risk for us or others.
You may stop using the Site at any time and may cancel subscriptions as described in section 5.
Sections that should reasonably survive termination (including, without limitation, those relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law) will remain in force.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top indicates the latest version. Significant changes may be posted on the Site or mentioned in our emails.
If you continue to use the Site, remain subscribed, or continue any paid services after changes take effect, you are deemed to accept the updated Terms.
